The NE-FL Reflector (REF034) went into service on the evening of 03-June-2010.
..
REF034C is normally used to connect the repeaters of the NEFL D-Star Network, in order to have a seamless system which spans south of Daytona Beach, to the Georgia border and from the Atlantic to the I-75 corridor.
REF034A is normally used for the Florida Hurricane Net – which meets on Mondays at 21:00 local. If a real weather event were to approach the Florida area, REF034A would be dedicated to the Hurricane Net as a coordinating point for situational awareness. REF034B would then be dedicated to Tactical Nets, as required. REF034C would still be dedicated to the repeaters of the NEFL D-Star Network, as the storm approaches the east coast of Northern Florida.
Please contact Mike (WB6RTH), Phil (K5BBC) or Doug (N4FPS) if you would like to schedule a Net on any of the REF034 reflector channels..

What is the “WEB” link, or connection information, if using DV Dongle.

George,
The DV Dongle has a drop-down list of Repeaters and Reflectors which can be selected (1 at a time), before you hit “CONNECT”. That list is updated by the dPlus server EACH TIME that you start the DVTools software – it actually goes to Robin’s site and downloads the most current list. Repeaters, on the other hand, need to be restarted in order to capture the most current Repeater/Reflector list.

Hi, amazing work, I’m quite new to dstar, using hotspot. Do you know how to go about starting a new REF for Norway, or would it be up to the ops of dstar repeaters in Norway?

you should contact Robin Cutshaw at aa4rc@amsat.org to get information on setting up a reflector…
you need NOT be a repeater owner to create a reflector, but there are some pretty stringent requirements on the system and bandwidth..
